Dr Feng Chang
Managing Director

Bank of America

Feng Chang is a Managing Director in Global Sustainable Finance Group at Bank of
America. She is based in Hong Kong.

In this role, she primarily focuses on customized client decarbonization solutions by
leveraging bank’s Net-Zero framework. She brings the bank’s holistic sustainable
financing capabilities to help clients in their low carbon transition. The team in the region also drives
asset finance in renewable energy sectors and innovates to develop new capital solutions in other areas
including Carbon Capture, Hydrogen, Sustainable Aviation Fuels, Waste-to-Energy, Water Infrastructure and
Sustainable Agriculture.

Before this role, Feng has spent more than 15 years’ in cross asset trading, with focus on bespoke structuring
solutions to help the bank and its clients optimize capital and liquidity to enhance competitive advantage and
improve return per dollar of resource used.

She has worked in both London and Hong Kong.
Feng holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Finance from Imperial College, London.

Mr Andy Chung

Andy is an award-winning digital transformation technologist, innovator, entrepreneur, with
special interests in intelligent sensing, data management and human-machine interaction.
His research papers and review articles are published by scientific, peer-reviewed
international journals including Smart Cities, Energy, Environmental Pollution, Noise &
Health, and other professional organisations.

Capitalising on over 20 years of his professional experience in sustainability, technology and environmental
engineering, Andy has been serving the community by volunteering as a Steering Committee Member of the New
Energy Transport Fund, the Chairman of the Green Committee for Smart City Consortium, an Advisor for the
International WELL Building Institute, Director of the International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration, a founder
of the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia, and the Founding Vice-Chair of the Cyberport Startup Alumni
Association.

Andy is an Accredited Advisor of Future-Fit Foundation developing and providing digital tools to guide companies
and investors to create values for themselves and society, now and in the future.
